Our Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

We offer shipping to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products from our warehouse that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. Shipping time can vary from 2 to 7 days, depending on the delivery pincode. Please note that shipping time cannot be guaranteed by us.

Any order placed on Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as the order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive the tracking link for your order on your whatsapp number.

Are returns eligible?

Celby Shoes’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange the order of the shoes purchased on our website within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in an unused condition with all original packaging and labels. Products that do not comply with these terms will be rejected for returns or exchanges.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

* If a return is requested more than seven days after the date of delivery.

* If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging.
