Deliveries are not made on, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If we have a valid email address on record for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your goods have been despatched containing tracking details.
Delivery to destinations outside India.
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays).
The additional delivery charges will be $ 60 for delivery outside of India.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us unworn within 15 days for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that you pay the courier charges on the goods you return but if you ask for an exchange we will pay for any goods we send back out to you.
Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 3 working days.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless of Manufacturing defect..
What if the goods I have ordered are faulty or I have been sent the wrong item?
If you think the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been sent the wrong item, please call our Returns Team on (91-11) 29551822, 888222925, 9310041295 (Monday to Friday from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm) or email firstname.lastname@example.org. In these circumstances Please send us back the Shoes through a courier (Preferably DTDC Courier) . Once we receive the shoes replacement goods will be resent at the earliest.
Terms & Conditions for Product Exchange/Store Credit:
– Any issue regarding delivery will be taken into consideration up to a maximum of 15 days from the actual order delivery date.
– The Shoes being returned for exchange should be unused, clean and accompanied along with original packaging and tags in an undamaged condition.
– No warranty/guarantee/exchange/store credit is provided for Shoes purchased during sale period. (Except when there is a wrong product dispatch.)
