In the shorter format on Tuesday, West Indies one-day captain Shai Hope dafabet continued his excellent batting form from the 50-over series by leading the hosts’ innings with a cool-headed 36 off 30 balls.
Hope is developing as a T20 batsman. This season, he led the Guyana Amazon Warriors to victory in the Caribbean Premier League, scoring the most runs with 109 not out, 68, and 15 in the ODI series.
The 30-year-old Barbadian should easily surpass the 21.5 total runs line provided by Coral and Ladbrokes, but England appear to be having trouble getting rid of him.
